Darkrise - Pixel Action RPG is a free role-playing title for mobile by developer Roika. It's a 2D side-scrolling adventure game that features retro pixel graphics. Set in a dark fantasy world, players are tasked with taking up arms in order to protect the world from being invaded by monsters and demons.

To help you further, this RPG has eight equipment types to unlock and equip across six rarity levels you can upgrade to. Some will have special gem slots for more bonuses from socketed gems. Now, this game is not for the faint of heart with its unforgiving difficulty. It can be a bit of a grind to level up your character and grow more powerful.
